Objective:
Applying added-value process Engineering Tools.
Standardising ergonomics as a tool of design and improvement.
Description:
In this section we want to introduce some Process Engineering tools that can be applied in the Added Value segment of the Lead Time.

Those tools will be selected depending on the productive process characteristics to analyze.
Aimed at:
Process Engineering Managers, Time Measurement Technicians,
EHS technicians, Foremen, Continuous Improvement teams,
Production Managers.

3. EQUIPMENT STANDARDIZATION
- Line Balance
- Rolling Cells
- Poka Yoke

Each workshop has duration of 8 to 40 hours, depending on particularities of the company and assistant’s previous knowledge.
