Hidden problems

The outsourced production lines are atomized in very different suppliers, despite being low-complexity operations.
The lead time is 15 weeks plus 22 weeks of administration stock. 

Achivements

- Production was reorganized by integrating components of the processes that are related to the core of the company.
- The results are 5 weeks of administration lead time, 18 weeks of stock.
- The stock breaks disappear.
